Blastline BL-2900 Venturi Style Air Blower

The power source for these air movers (air horns) is compressed air or saturated steam, which operate on the venturi principle. This principle involves taking a small volume of high-velocity air from a compressed air source, passing it through the casting, and out the nozzle jets. This creates a venturi action that induces large volumes of low-velocity air to move through the venturi and out the air diffuser.

The overall length of the air mover is 44.00 inches, the diameter of the housing is 13.00 inches, the diameter of the base is 11.16 inches, the bolt circle diameter is 10.28 inches, the base slot is 0.43 inches, and the intake valve connection is 1" NPT. These air movers are used to ventilate explosive and hazardous vapors or fumes safely.

The air mover has no moving parts and a lightweight cast aluminum base. It can deliver a total air flow of 2770 cubic feet per minute (cfm) at 50 pound force per square inch gauge (psig), 3340 cfm at 70 psig, and 3752 cfm at 90 psig. The air consumed by the air mover is 76 cfm at 50 psig, 99 cfm at 70 psig, and 127 cfm at 90 psig. The air mover has a yellow powder-coated finish.
